Police constable Venkata (Ramesh Aravind) always faces some problems on duty. Though he does good deeds, circumstances force his junior Rajaram Laddoo (Devdas) to take all the credit. Our hero finds romance when a TV anchor (Sharmila Mandre) falls in love with him. Venkata is also sent to a college to pose as a student to get information on underworld don Iqbal (Rajendra Karanth), who plans to terrorize the city with blasts. The don also threatens to kill the Prime Minister, supposed to visit the college as the chief guest at a function. Venkata handles the situation brilliantly. How?

Movie is pretty bad. Didn't expect that Ramesh would direct such a movie. He has roped in some brilliant actors (Umashree, Mukyamantri Chandru, Dattanna) for the movie who play supporting roles but all of them have been wasted in the movie. Extremely disappointed. Almost saw the movie by fast forwarding :(
